Baltimore Ravens vs Tennessee Titans

Saturday, January 11 – 20:15 EST – M&T Bank Stadium

The Baltimore Ravens have not been playing the same sport as the rest of the league. They are continuously a step ahead of almost every opponent they have faced this year. The Ravens have perfected the read option offence and it seems as though teams have no answer to this. Lamar Jackson is the clear cut candidate for 2019 MVP. Add a competent runner in Mark Ingram to the mix, some more than capable targets in the pass game and this team is set for playoff success. These teams have not faced each other at all this season which sets up quite an interesting game. The Ravens still have the advantage as they are playing at home however they would do well to not underestimate this Titans team.

The Titans shocked the football world by defeating the Patriots on the road last week. After fighting to make it into the playoffs in the first place, this team went on to defeat the best franchise of the last decade. The Titans certainly have a resilient streak in them. They had to claw their way into a wild card game. It now looks like they have no intentions of going away any time soon. Derrick Henry is proving that he is in the conversation for best running back in the entire NFL. He put up a monstrous stat line of 34 carries, 182 yards and one touchdown last week. The passing game was essentially non existent last week. They scored through Derrick Henry or their defence. If they want to beat the Ravens, they need to be firing on all cylinders and that includes the passing game.
