Eintracht Frankfurt-Hertha Berlin

Friday, December 6 – 14:30 EST – Commerzbank-Arena

Hertha Berlin will be aiming to put an end to their five-game losing run in the Bundesliga on Friday. They have been struggling as of late and as a result, they have been slipping down the standings week by week. New boss Jurgen Klinsmann made his Hertha debut with a 2-1 loss to Borussia Dortmund. His men will look to bounce back and get Klinsmann his first win as they face yet another difficult task against Eintracht Frankfurt. On the other hand, the home team are a real force to be reckoned with, with the team crushing Bayern Munich at the Commerzbank-Arena 5-1 last month. They will look to move closer to securing their Champions League spot with yet another win.

OUR PICK: EINTRACHT FRANKFURT TO WIN

Dortmund-Dusseldorf

Saturday, December 7 – 9:30 EST – Signal Iduna Park

Borussia Dortmund will be aiming to stay in the race for the Bundesliga trophy when they host Fortuna Dusseldorf at the Signal-Iduna-Park on Saturday afternoon. Lucien Favre’s troops are five points behind league leaders Borussia M’gladbach in the Bundesliga standings. They will look to shorten the gap as they look for the win at home. As it stands, they sit 5th in the Bundesliga but are eager to cement a Champions League spot in the top 4. Borussia Dortmund will be without suspended centre-back Mats Hummels. In their last meeting in the Bundesliga, Borussia Dortmund recorded a 3-2 win over Fortuna Dusseldorf. Dusseldorf, on the other hand, are fighting to stay out of the relegation zone. They’ve secured 12 points in their last 13 league matches and will need to be much better if they are to retain their spot in Germany’s top division.

OUR PICK: OVER 2.5 GOALS

Werder Bremen-Paderborn

Sunday, December 8 – 12:00 EST – Weser Stadium

Werder Bremen put an end to their eight-game winless run in the Bundesliga thanks to a 3-2 win at Wolfsburg. The home side will aim to climb to the top half of the standings. They are seen as hot favourites to win Sunday’s clash against Paderborn. A man to watch in the home side will be Millot Rashica. He scored a brace in their win over the Wolves. Paderborn are stuck at the bottom of the Bundesliga standings. They have collected only 5 points from a possible 39 in the first half of the season. Paderborn will need to make some serious adjustments if they want to retain their spot in the Bundesliga next season. They have a poor away record and will not have an easy time as they make their way to Weser Stadium to take on Werder Bremen.

OUR PICK: WERDER BREMEN TO WIN
