Thursday, November 28 – 12:55 EST – Başakşehir Fatih Terim Stadium
Basaksehir are set to host Roma on Thursday at Başakşehir Fatih Terim Stadium. A spot in the knockout stages is at stake as only two points separate the two teams in Group J. Thanks to back-to-back wins over Wolfsberger, the Turkish side climbed to the top position in Group J. They did well to outscore Wolfsberger 4-0 over the course of these two matches. With that being said, Borussia M’gladbach and Roma are breathing down their necks. French attacker Enzo Crivelli, who scored a brace in the 3-0 win over Wolfsberger will be the man to keep an eye out for in this one. Roma, on the other hand, are looking to bounce back from a 2-1 defeat to Borussia M’gladbach. The away side have failed to win their last two Europa League matches and will be desperate for the win on Thursday. The man to keep an eye out for in the away team is Bosnian International, Edin Dzeko.
OUR PICK: BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE
Thursday, November 28 – 12:55 EST – Stade De Suisse
Young Boys take on Porto at Stade De Suisse in their last home game of the 2019/2020 Europa League group stages. The Swiss champions sit in top position in Group G, and are a real force to be reckoned with at home. They are unbeaten in their last three Europa League matches and will look to extend this streak and cement top position in the group. Porto, on the other hand, failed to impress in a 2-0 loss at Rangers. They have had a rather slow start to their campaign, and as a result, they sit last in Group G. Despite this, only 3 points separate first and last place in the group. Porto will look for the win to make up for their shortcomings. When the two teams met in Portugal earlier in the campaign, Porto defeated Young Boys 2-1. A man to watch in the home team will be Cameroon international Jean Pierre Nsame who has been scoring for fun as of late.
OUR PICK: BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE
Thursday, November 28 – 15:00 EST – Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium
Sevilla will be aiming to keep their 100% record intact in the Europa League group stages when they welcome Qarabag at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium on Thursday evening. Head coach Julen Lopetegui has been resting key players in the Europa League, but the team has still managed to keep their perfect record intact. As a result, they have won all four Europa League matches and sit first in Group A. Eight points separate first place Sevilla and second place APOEL. Sevilla, who are the clear favourites, are unbeaten in their last eight matches in all competitions. Qarabag, on the other hand, sit third in Group A with 4 points to their tally. They’ll be looking to bounce back from a 2-1 defeat to APOEL in their latest Europa League matchup.
