The baseball actions continue on Wednesday as we feature another MLB Daily Double. Our excellent MLB record continued last night as we successfully predicted our two featured picks. We are now looking to extend our MLB Daily Double streak for a third consecutive night. As always, make sure you follow us on our social media platforms to stay up to date with all our picks and predictions.

Texas Rangers vs Los Angeles Angels (August 21 – 19:05 EST)

Expected Pitchers: Mike Minor (11-7, ERA: 2.94) vs Patrick Sandoval (0-1, ERA: 5.79)

The Rangers and Angels conclude their four match series on Wednesday evening at the Globe Life Park in Arlington. The Rangers have the lead in this series, as they came out on top in two out of the three matches so far. They will be looking to conclude the series in the best of ways in front of the home crowd. The two teams have had a similar season until now but will look to get the upper hand as the end of the season approaches. The Angels have had their troubles on the road, as they only won 8 of their last 20 matches. On the other hand, the Rangers have had their fair share of wins especially against teams with a losing record. They have won five of their last six at home against such opposition. They will be looking towards their starting pitcher to earn them another much needed win tonight. Minor is 9-3 at home against teams with a losing record.

New York Mets vs Cleveland Indians (August 21 – 19:10 EST)

Expected Pitchers: Marcus Stroman (7-11, ERA: 3.21) vs Adam Plutko (5-3, ERA: 4.67)

The Mets and the Indians meet on Wednesday evening for the second match of the series. New York managed to crush Cleveland 9-2 last night in the opening match. They will look to replicate their result tonight but it won’t be an easy task against an in-form team. The Indians have been a bit shaky in their last fixtures, however they have been excellent on the road. They have won 14 out of their last 20 matches and will look to bounce back tonight with a much needed win. They are currently battling for top place in their division against the Minnesota Twins. The Mets on the other hand are currently battling for a playoff spot. We think that Cleveland will be able to put last night’s result behind them and keep it tight in the second match of the series. For that reason, we are giving them an advantage on the run line.
